Multi-Tenant Organization Model
In PyroCore, an Organization represents your retail company. Licenses, store installations, device fleets, and billing subscriptions belong to the Organization rather than individual user accounts. Individual accounts access organizations via role-based memberships.
User Roles & Permissions
PyroCore Customer Portal supports 4 granular roles for organization team members:
- **Owner**: Full commercial, billing, installation, and user management authority.
- **Administrator**: Can register installations, manage device fleets, generate downloads, and invite members.
- **Billing Manager**: Access to invoices, subscription management, payment methods, and receipt downloads.
- **Member**: Read-only visibility into store status, release notes, and support cases.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
All Customer Portal users are strongly encouraged to enable Time-Based One-Time Password (TOTP) MFA in Account Security settings. Once enabled, one-time recovery codes are issued for emergency access.
