Commercial Recovery Protocol
If a store server suffers sudden disk failure or credential corruption, PyroCore Cloud provides a secure challenge-response recovery protocol without requiring full re-onboarding.
Initiating a Recovery Challenge
1. Open PyroCore Settings on the restored server.
2. Click 'Initiate Emergency Recovery'.
3. An operator or account owner confirms the recovery challenge in the Customer Portal or Operator Console.
4. The store generates a fresh Ed25519 keypair and re-enrolls with Cloud Trust Authority seamlessly.
