Managing Multi-Store Installations
Monitoring retail locations, viewing store connectivity status, and managing installation lifecycle states.
Store Installation Registry
The Customer Portal **Installations** tab provides a real-time list of all registered retail store stations. For each installation, you can inspect:
- Store display name and location
- Installation ID (`inst_...`) and Credential ID (`icred_...`)
- Lifecycle state (`REGISTERED`, `ACTIVATED`, `SUSPENDED`, `DEACTIVATED`)
- Last entitlement synchronization timestamp
- Installed Platform release version
Decommissioning & Hardware Replacement
When retiring a POS station or replacing server hardware, navigate to the installation details and select 'Deactivate Installation'. This revokes the Ed25519 cloud credential and frees your organization license quota for the new station.
