Activation Flow & Responsibilities
Activation is the critical bridge that converts an installed plugin into an authenticated, cloud-connected retail station.
CUSTOMER ACTIONGenerate and submit registration request
- Navigate to PyroCore > Settings in your WordPress admin.
- Enter your License Key (from the Customer Portal) and store name.
- Click 'Connect to Cloud'. Your store generates a hardware fingerprint and submits a Registration Request.
- Your store status will display: 'Registration Pending Operator Activation'.
OPERATOR ACTIONControlled operator verification
- PyroCore Operations verifies the store location and active subscription entitlement.
- Operator approves the registration in the Commercial Operations Console.
- A cryptographic activation challenge token is issued.
AUTOMATED SYSTEMAutomated Secure Credential Exchange
- Your store automatically checks activation status via polling or manual sync.
- Upon receiving the activation token, your store generates an Ed25519 keypair and registers the public key with Cloud Trust Authority.
- Cloud Trust Authority enrolls the credential ID (`icred_...`).
- Store receives its signed entitlement lease and transitions to 'ACTIVATED'.
